Microblading is a semi-permanent eyebrow procedure that is carried out by a qualified technician that uses a small manual hand held disposable tool with small needles packed closely to each other, this resembles a blade. 1 Hour (Henna takes time to stain the skin)
What is a Henna Brow Service?
A Henna brow service is where a 100% vegan plant based dye is applied to the brow area to create fuller looking brows. The Henna mixture is on your brow area to give the brows rich dense coverage. Henna brows are a great way to keep your brow hairs tinted with colour for up to 6 weeks. The skin underneath your eyebrows will hold the stain for a week, in some cases more, before it gradually gets lighter. This is a great treatment for those wanting to know what a powder brow would look like before making the commitment. Clients that have grey hairs, or anyone that likes neat and well groomed brows will love this treatment! It is a great alternative to regular tinting and Henna does not contain any lead, ammonia and it also does not require activation of hydrogen peroxide which some people are allergic to.
What shade of colour will the Henna be?
There are many different shades to choose from. Eyebrow Henna is specifically developed for the eyebrow area and has a range of tones and colours to choose from, depending on your preference and hair colour.
When can Henna not be done?
Although Henna is 100% natural, a patch test is done to ensure that you do not have allergies towards henna. If your skin is red, bumpy or itchy, you won’t be able to have the procedure done.
If you have had any allergic reactions to henna in the past.
If you have eczema, psoriasis, cuts, lesions, scabbing or sensitized skin on your brow area.

Brow Treatment Process
Treatment Process for Microblading, Powder / Ombre, Combination and Nano Brows
- When you arrive at your appointment we will begin filling in the consultation form and discuss the shape and look you would like to achieve.
- I will start to map out your brows to find the ideal shape for you. (The process does not start without you approving the shape – which is usually the longest part of the process.) Small tweaks are made to make sure you are confident with the shape before we start. A good pre-draw will give you an idea of the final outcome.
- After you are happy with your shape I will apply a topical numbing cream, and while the numbing cream settles, we discuss the color options based on your skin tone and undertone to find the perfect match. The numbing takes 20 – 30 minutes.
- The numbing is then removed and the treatment can start. During the treatment you will hear a sound of the strokes being made (Manual hand held tool) or feel the light vibration of the machine, which is completely normal. During the procedure, to ensure your comfort, a secondary numbing is applied.
- After the procedure is done, a protective ointment is applied before you return home. You will also be given after-care instructions and ointment for the healing process.
- After 6 weeks of healing you will be ready to come for your touch-up. (Perfecting session)
- At your touch-up (which is necessary for your brows to last as long as possible) I will be able to see how your skin retains the pigment and add more hair strokes / shading if needed.

If your brows are still saturated with a lot of pigment or have unfavorable color saline or laser removal would be the best option to lift the old pigment and create new brows.
